Osborne Clarke advises Lucid Software on the acquisition of airfocus

Osborne Clarke has advised the US company Lucid Software, Inc., leader in visual collaboration and work acceleration, on the acquisition of airfocus GmbH, the Hamburg-based specialist in smarter product management.

As part of the development of its Visual Collaboration Suite, Lucid has announced the acquisition of airfocus, an AI-powered platform for product management and roadmapping. airfocus helps teams set priorities and develop better products faster. With the acquisition, Lucid aims to strengthen its existing support for product teams by enabling structured prioritisation and more efficient implementation. By combining visual collaboration with specialised tools for process optimisation, Lucid enables companies to move from idea to implementation faster. This step reflects the growing demand for solutions that not only facilitate collaboration but deliver real business results.
