Julian Baldus primarily advises national and international companies on M&A transactions, restructuring, company financing and on all matters relating to corporate.

Julian focuses particularly on M&A transactions in the technology, media and communications, and life sciences and healthcare sectors.

During his law studies in Trier and Bonn, Julian worked as a research assistant in tax and business law in a well-known law firm. After his first exam, Julian gained legal experience in the federal ministry of food and agriculture. There, he participated in the drafting of ordinances, among other things. During his legal traineeship, he published two articles in legal journals.
