Susanne Schricker specialises in both German and EU competition law.
She represents and advises clients on all merger control and competition law aspects before the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission and courts. Susanne also advises clients on the set up and implementation of antitrust compliance programs and any antitrust aspects of cooperation and distribution agreements. She further advises on foreign direct investment law (FDI).
Susanne advises clients from a large variety of industries.
During her legal traineeship she gained practical experience with further international law firms and the German Federal Cartel Office. After multiple years in the competition team of an international law firm in Munich, Susanne joined Osborne Clarke in 2022.
