Daniel Jeske LL.M. (Stellenbosch)

Daniel Jeske advises clients on commercial and distribution law as well as related competition law issues.
He is specialised in drafting distribution and supply contracts and represents clients in disputes in and out of court.
Daniel studied law in Cologne. During his legal traineeship, he worked for the German Federal Ministry of Justice as well as for a renowned technology company. Daniel started his legal career at Osborne Clarke in 2021 before completing a Master’s degree at Stellenbosch University. Daniel returned to Osborne Clarke in 2023.
