Dr Patrick Stadtbäumer advises national and international companies on M&A transactions and on all matters relating to corporate.
Patrick focuses particularly on M&A transactions in relation to tech, media and comms as well as mobility and infrastructure.
After completing his studies at the University of Bonn, he received his doctorate degree in connection with his thesis on criminal procedural law.
During his legal traineeship he worked for the German Federal Cartel Office and for international business law firms in the area of corporate law / M&A.
