Manuel Schuster advises clients on all aspects of German and EU competition law and merger control.
He advises clients on merger control proceedings, the implementation of antitrust compliance programs, various forms of cooperation and antitrust issues with a focus on digital antitrust. Thereby he represents clients before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office and before courts. He also advises clients in the private enforcement of competition law and antitrust claims.
Manuel studied law at the University of Mannheim, where he also obtained an LL.B. degree in Business Law. Additionally, he received an LL.M. degree in Dispute Resolutions from the University of Cape Town (UCT).
