Osborne Clarke has advised Immoscout24's parent company Scout24 on the acquisition of bulwiengesa – one of the leading German real estate data providers.

Scout24 is a leading German digital company that facilitates residential and commercial real estate transactions on its digital marketplace ImmoScout24. With over 19 million users per month on the website or app, ImmoScout24 is the market leader for digital real estate marketing and search.

The company has now announced the acquisition of bulwiengesa. Founded in 1983, the Berlin-based company has been collecting data on residential and commercial real estate in its RIWIS database since 1990 and offers data-based consulting, valuations, market, and location analyses.
