Philip Funke advises companies in the field of intellectual property and unfair competition law.
He specialises in particular in the field of trade mark law. His work includes the development of trademark protection strategies, the registration of trademarks as well as out-of-court and in-court disputes in trademark disputes and trademark infringements.
Philip studied law at Leibniz University Hanover and came into contact with intellectual property law at an early stage. Due to his high interest in this field, he took the university specialisation "IT Law and Intellectual Property Law".
During his legal clerkship, he expanded his previous knowledge and dealt extensively with the field of sports law under a renowned sports law specialist.
