Paul Rhode is a venture capital and M&A lawyer. He advises investors, growth companies and founders on M&A, venture capital and growth capital transactions as well as general corporate matters.
Having advised clients in various corporate transactions ranging from seed to later stage financing, private and public M&A deals to IPOs, he has gained deep understanding of all cycles of financing of a growth company.
Paul studied law in Freiburg and Berlin. Before joining Osborne Clarke, Paul was an associate at an international law firm advising in the areas of cross-border public M&A transactions and German capital markets.
