Osborne Clarke has advised on the sale of the manufacturer of loading and lifting technology, Nani Verladetechnik, to Esidock, a global provider of loading systems.

Nani Verladetechnik develops, designs and manufactures loading technology products in Germany and distributes them worldwide. The family-owned company's product range includes dock levellers, dock seals, lifting tables of all kinds, loading ramps, loading houses for cold storage, crash guards, dock drains and four-sided dock seals. The company offers solutions for industries with specific requirements along their supply chain, such as temperature-controlled logistics, heavy goods, meat and food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive, paper, rail loading, airports, high-tech logistics, etc.

Esidock is a globally operating Irish provider of loading systems, known for solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety. Esidock conducts projects for blue-chip clients in the pharmaceutical, food, and cold storage technology sectors in Europe.

Both companies have now announced the acquisition of Nani Verladetechnik by Esidock, which was completed through a combination of purchase price and Esidock holding shares. Together, the companies will leverage their combined resources to set new standards in safety, efficiency and sustainability. Customers will benefit from an improved product range, synergies and global reach with local expertise. The integration process is already underway, with both companies committed to maintaining business continuity and providing excellent service during the transition.
