Osborne Clarke has advised, among others, firstminute capital in connection with the Series B funding round of Berlin-based software company n8n GmbH, which raised a total of EUR 55 million.

n8n has completed its Series B funding round, raising EUR 55 million. The round was led by Highland Europe with participation from existing investors Sequoia, Felicis and Harpoon Ventures. The fresh capital is intended to accelerate product planning and to open new offices in New York and London.

firstminute capital and Sequoia have been investors from the very beginning. Osborne Clarke has advised in the seed round and Series A already.

“We’re proud to have backed n8n at seed stage and to see the team now powering automation for 3,000+ enterprise customers and embracing AI-first workflows at scale", says firstminute capital on its repeated investment in n8n.

n8n, founded in 2019 by Jan Oberhauser, offers a platform for workflow automation that combines AI functions with the automation of business processes, providing technical teams with the flexibility of code and the speed of no-code.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised firstminute capital, led by Rouven Siegemund, consisted of Dr Paul Rhode and Benedikt Hülsmann (all Corporate).
