Osborne Clarke advises Public First on sale to Stonehaven Group

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of policy, strategy, and opinion research consultancy Public First on its acquisition by Stonehaven Global Holdings.
The acquisition creates a leading team of 150 consultants working across opinion research, policy, economics, strategic communications, advocacy, and sustainability.
