Courtney advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters.
Courtney trained at Osborne Clarke, and qualified in September 2023.

Advised Waterland Private Equity on the triple acquisition of DesignStudio, Analog Pixel and Projection Artworks and investment into the Further Group.
Pagefield
Advised the shareholders of a leading communications firm, Pagefield Communications Limited, on its acquisition by PPHC, a US-based government relations and public affairs holding company for up to £30m.
