International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders and management team of leading social media and influencer agency, Coolr, on the completion of a minority investment into the business by Private Equity Firm, Growth Capital Partners LLP.
Founded by Adam Clyne in 2017, Coolr is now recognised as one of the UK’s leading independent social media and influencer agencies, working for a broad range of blue-chip consumer brands including Lidl, Samsung, Deliveroo and Burger King.
Osborne Clarke's team acting for the shareholders of Coolr was led by corporate partner Jonathan Crowley with support from senior associate Ben Parker and associate Courtney Cox; Mathew Oliver and Jonny Squires advised on tax matters, Lara Fatemi and Maeve Gillespie provided employment advice. Private equity partner Leanne Wright, with support from senior associate Jack Harris and associate Harry Stewart, advised Coolr's management team on their equity terms.
