Maeve regularly advises human resources and employee relationships teams and/or in-house employment lawyers on complex grievance and disciplinary issues, employee terminations, senior and executive level recruitment, employee policies and discrimination. In addition, she advises on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, service agreements, consultancy agreements and settlement agreements.
Maeve has significant experience supporting transactional work, advising on employment law and related matters in the context of national and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Maeve worked in the London office of another international law firm, where she regularly supported financial institutions and multinational corporate clients.
