Jack focuses on private equity transactions and M&A for private equity sponsors, multinational corporates and other financial investors across a range of sectors and has particular experience in the Tech, Media and Comms sector.

Jack has advised founders, management teams, companies and institutional investors on private equity and M&A transactions including platform acquisitions, bolt-ons and exits.

Jack has previously completed secondments with an independent regional airline and a global financial administration company.

Jack joined Osborne Clarke in May 2022 from Foot Anstey, where he trained and qualified.

Jack has an interest in alternative approaches to providing advice to clients and has worked closely with Osborne Clarke Solutions to develop a bespoke technological solution for a private equity client.
