Mary is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke's Corporate group and is based in the firm's London office.
Mary advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, disposals, corporate re-organisations and general corporate advisory matters. She has particular expertise in transactions in the Retail & Consumer, Energy and Media sectors, advising founders, management teams and corporates.
Mary is actively involved in the internal OC Gender network, having been a network committee member since 2022. Mary is also a legal mentor to emerging fashion designers as part of Paul Smith's Foundation programme, The Fashion Residency at Studio Smithfield.
Mary joined Osborne Clarke in March 2022, having trained and qualified at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in London.
I really enjoyed working with Mary on our recent deal. Throughout the process Mary remained both approachable and professional, including the more sensitive periods, and I would happily work with her again on a future transaction.

Newmarket Holidays
Advised the shareholders of Newmarket Holidays, an award-winning escorted tour operator, on the M&A aspects of a growth investment by London-based capital investors Soho Square Capital.
