Osborne Clarke and Medivet jointly win Best Client Service Innovation at The 2024 Lawyer Awards

International legal practice Osborne Clarke and client Medivet, jointly took home the top prize for Best Client Service Innovation at The Lawyer Awards this week. This is the second consecutive year the legal firm has won this category, winning in a similar category at The Lawyer European Awards in 2023.

Completely rebuilding the client's approach to M&A, the firm's Corporate Team and Osborne Clarke Solutions worked as one team with Medivet to transform almost every area of their acquisitions process, from simplifying transaction documentation to harnessing technology to deliver significant cost and time savings.

In addition, Osborne Clarke's legal teams and Osborne Clarke Solutions were also shortlisted in the Sustainability Initiative Of The Year category for their collaboration in building Starbucks' Packaging Tool, a multi-jurisdictional regulatory horizon-scanning platform and the firm was also shortlisted for Pro Bono Initiative Of The Year for its work with National Deaf Children's Society.
