Maximilian advises funds, financial investors, and corporate clients on all matters of corporate law, Venture Capital and M&A.

Maximilian is experienced in various corporate transactions, particularly domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, business carve-outs and venture capital. His primary focus is on the digital business, healthcare, and financial services sector (FinTech).

Maximilian has a global practice spanning Germany, Continental Europe, the US, and the UK, and works closely in particular with Osborne Clarke’s London, Stockholm, and Paris office.

Maximilian studied law at the University of Heidelberg and Durham (UK). Maximilian also holds a Master in Business and Administration (MBA) from the University of Durham (UK). Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Maximilian worked at another law firm specialised in venture capital and M&A transactions.
