Marcel Thoß advises national and international clients in the entire field of individual and collective employment law.

He supports clients in all matters of employment law. In addition to comprehensive employment law contract drafting, his expertise also includes all issues to works constitution law. In doing so he has extensive experience in the automotive industry. 

Marcel completed his law studies in Jena with a focus on labour and social law. During his legal clerkship he continued to work in the field of employment law at an international business law firm in Leipzig and gained further experience by working in the legal department of an international sports car manufacturer in Stuttgart. He was admitted to the bar in 2023 an began his professional career as a lawyer at a German commercial law firm in the field of labour law.
