Advising TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC in relation to its employee share plans on its recommended £1.1 billion takeover by Tosca IOM Limited, a company formed at the direction of Toscafund Asset Management LLP and Penta Capital LLP. 

Elixirr International plc

Advised Elixirr International plc, the global award-winning challenger consultancy, on its incentive arrangements both before and after its successful AIM listing and placing. This involved the establishment of an EMI plan and innovative nominee arrangements for employees post IPO. 

Liftoff, Inc.

Advised global performance-based mobile app marketing optimization platform Liftoff, Inc. in relation to its equity incentives both in the UK and across its expansion outside of the US for a number of years. We also advised them on the incentive aspects of its investment by Blackstone.
