Efthimios Detsikas advises national and international companies on all matters relating to corporate law, in particular in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and corporate financing. He also focuses on advising entrepreneurs.
Efthimios has special expertise in the tech, media and comms and renewable energies sectors. His responsibilities include supporting investment companies in purchasing or selling wind parks.
Efthimios is active as a coach, mentor and expert at various national and international start-up events. He provides legal guidance to founders of new businesses in collaboration with an entrepreneur centre that is connected to a well-known private university.
After studying in Bonn, he completed his legal traineeship in Cologne and Bonn. He joined Osborne Clarke’s Cologne location in February 2012.
