Lisa Gerards advises national and international companies on M&A transactions and on all matters relating to corporate law.

Lisa focuses on M&A transactions in relation to tech, media and comms as well as mobility and infrastructure.

After studying law at the University of Muenster, Lisa worked as a research assistant in the corporate department of a well-known international law firm. She completed her legal traineeship in Dusseldorf and Krefeld.
