Tim Florian Metzmeier advises on all project-based matters regarding tax law.
His focus is on tax implications of M&A transactions and restructurings, as well as real estate tax.
Tim studied law in Tübingen and completed his legal traineeship at the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court. During his legal traineeship he worked amongst others in the tax department of an international law firm and at the Higher Finance Directorate of Baden Württemberg.
Tim was admitted as attorney in 2018 and as tax advisor in 2023. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2024, Tim worked at an international law firm and at a German corporate law firm focusing on real estate tax and transaction related tax issues.
