Osborne Clarke has advised activpayroll Ltd., a leading company and prominent player in the field of payrolling, human resources and global mobility services, on the purchase of the entire issued share capital of (i) LIMES international B.V. and (ii) MILES international payrolling B.V. The LIMES and MILES are known for their excellence in providing tax, compliance advice, and global mobility services and are now under the full ownership of Payroll.
The acquisition is set to bolster activpayroll's global mobility services while adding substantial expertise in tax and compliance advice. The addition of LIMES/MILES to the activpayroll group signifies a significant step in activpayroll's quest to expand its services and capabilities in the ever-evolving global human resources and mobility sector.
