Joanne is a Partner in the Tech, Media & Commercial team and specialises in privacy law, telecommunications law and e-commerce law at Osborne Clarke Netherlands. Joanne advises clients on various topics, including international transfers of personal data, implementation of privacy policies, data retention and data security, direct marketing, profiling, advertising and e-commerce compliance. She also regularly advises on telecoms-related laws and regulations. Joanne also supports clients during enforcement processes by regulators, during proceedings, in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance projects and audits and in handling data breaches.
