Joanne Zaaijer

Joanne is a Partner in the Tech, Media & Commercial team and specialises in privacy law, telecommunications law and e-commerce law at Osborne Clarke Netherlands.
Joanne advises clients on a wide array of privacy related matters, including cross-border transfers of personal data, the implementation of privacy policies, GDPR compliance programmes and audits, data retention and security issues, as well as on telecoms-related legal and regulatory aspects and matters relating to direct marketing, profiling, e-commerce and advertising. She also assists clients during administrative proceedings, investigations by competent authorities and the handling of data breaches.
Her clients include large multinationals in various sectors, including (global) e-commerce, media and tech companies, financial institutions, telecom companies, retail companies and companies active in the healthcare sector.
