Tonya is a Counsel on the corporate and banking team in Brussels.
Tonya advises borrowers, private debt funds and commercial banks on all aspects of their (multi-jurisdictional) commercial lending transactions, with a particular focus on venture debt, acquisition finance, real estate and project finance, syndicated loans and debt restructurings. She has particular expertise supporting clients in the Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare and Tech, Media & Comms sectors.
Moreover, Tonya has a solid background in corporate law, including M&A, public offerings, IPO's and takeovers. She also works with large international not-for-profits on the restructuring of their organisations.
Tonya has a master's degree in Law from the University of Ghent and an LLM in European Private Law from the University of Luxembourg.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, she gained experience at a law firm based in Luxembourg.
