Karen Calvo Vleugels

Karen is an Associate in the corporate team in Brussels.

Karen advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, corporate finance, venture capital and corporate advisory work. She also regularly assists in corporate real estate transactions involving institutional and private investors and developers.

Karen also works with international not-for-profits in general corporate matters and national and transnational restructurings.

Karen has an LLM in International Financial Law from King's College London (2020) as well as a Master's degree in law from the Catholic University of Leuven (2019). She joined Osborne Clarke in 2020.
