Jim Margry is a partner in the Employment, Pensions and Incentives team in Amsterdam.
Jim has extensive experience on a wide scale of employment law topics in the Retail & Consumer industry. This includes advising (multinational) Retail & Consumer clients on work force and benefits structuring, flexible work force solutions, negotiations with unions on collective labour agreements, complex co-determination procedures with works councils and (collective) dismissals. In addition, Jim is advising on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions on the Retail & Consumer market. He has broad experience in post-acquisition restructurings and related co-determination proceedings.
Jim also advises clients on (collective) dismissals, directors and top tier management, setting up (management) participation schemes, incentives and other forms of remuneration.
