Osborne Clarke Netherlands advises on the sale and transfer of TimeChimp, a comprehensive tool for time tracking, project management and reporting, to Visma Group.

Since its founding in late 2015, TimeChimp has grown from a startup into a rapidly expanding organisation, serving thousands of clients from freelancers to large companies. TimeChimp simplifies and clarifies time tracking and business administration, continuing to innovate at its Amsterdam location. We wish TimeChimp much success as part of the Visma Group.

The Osborne Clarke team was led by Geoffrey Beurskens and included Niels Dolk and Levi Schutz (Corporate M&A), Job van der Pol and Sjoerd Waagmeester (Tax), Coen Barneveld Binkhuysen (Commercial/IP), Jim Margry and Sabine van Baren (Employment).
