AI is revolutionising the world of work by opening up new opportunities but also new risks, which must be anticipated and carefully managed to limit corporate liability. The most hotly debated issues at present are the ethical and responsible use of these tools, the violation of third-party rights and the ownership of content created with AI, however there are certainly other possible critical issues for consideration.
