We are continuing to follow government advice regarding remote and socially distanced working, and we are currently holding client meetings and events online and/or by phone where possible.

Our Shanghai-based China practice represents both international and domestic clients on cross-border transactions and trades across all the regions in the country.

We take a full service approach. The client service team includes bi-lingual corporate and commercial lawyers as well as specialists who have strong sector knowledge in our core areas such as technology, media, tech, media and comms, luxury and consumer products, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, franchise, automotive and advanced manufacturing.
