Guorong heads our in-house legal translation services. He is one of a very few professional legal translators in the local market that received education in both law and English literary.
Guorong has extensive experience working with Chinese State-owned enterprises, economic development zones and western law firms. Through this experience, he developed an in-depth understanding of the subtlety of appropriate cultural translation and interpretation growing out of the different legal systems in China and the West.
He supports our clients on preparation of bilingual commercial contracts, audit reports, M&A related due diligence materials, IPO offering and court documents. He also provides on-site interpretation for joint venture negotiations.
