Joey Zhu

Joey is a UK trained commercial lawyer. She is a member of the International Expansion & Growth team.

She counsels Western clients on the establishment, operations and restructuring of foreign-invested enterprises in China. She also advises on commercial contracts, leases and franchise and clear governmental approvals for regulated business.

In addition to her corporate practice, Joey is also a HR law specialist. She tailors employment contracts and staff handbooks for multinational companies to address their unique people issues in China. In this capacity, she also guides on expatriate relocation, immigration and working permits, social insurances as well as settlement of disputes in the work place.

Joey received her LL.B from the University of Hertfordshire Faculty of Law in 2007.
