Stephanie is a China and UK trained corporate and commercial lawyer. As a member of the International Expansion & Growth team, she advises Western clients on their options to set up legal entities and fine tune market entry strategies in China.

She also advises on strategic HR planning, trademark registrations, franchise agreements, commercial leases, foreign exchanges and compliance matters.

Stephanie has advises clients across multiple industries. She has good insights in the technology, education, consumer products and high-end manufacturing sectors.

Stephanie graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2008, and received her LL.M. from University of Warwick School of Law in the UK in 2010.
