Franck-Olivier joined Osborne Clarke on 1st January 2018 and is specialized in commercial real estate matters.  

As counsel within the real estate team, Franck-Olivier advises and assists French and international clients on all litigation and non-litigation aspects of the real estate sector as well as on real estate due diligence and asset management. 

He specializes in negotiation of commercial leases for all kinds of assets (office, retail, shopping centres etc.).
