Osborne Clarke has advised UK private equity firm Kester Capital on its investment in GXP Engaged. GXP Engaged is a leading provider of GCP/GVP audits and related advisory services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
This is Kester's sixth investment in the life sciences sector and the second time the recently established Kester Capital III fund has invested in this area. The transaction further demonstrates Kester's leading position as life sciences investors in the UK private equity market.
GXP Engaged is a fast-growing and international company with offices in the UK, Germany and Austria, providing audit and advisory services to the biopharma market. It now counts several of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies among its long-standing clients.
