Dr Nanni Spitzer advises national and international companies on all matters of corporate law. She supports her clients in any kind of corporate and M&A transactions, joint ventures, company financing, corporate restructuring and day-to-day corporate housekeeping.

Nanni's clients include mid-sized companies as well as established national and international groups. She also advises start-ups and foreign companies on establishing and expanding their business operations in Germany.

Nanni has a strong expertise working for clients in the retail industry and the tech/media sector and is very committed to all aspects of sustainability and digital transformation. 

Nanni leads Osborne Clarkes international Fashion Team and is co-founder of the Fashion and Luxury Law Academy and co-author of the Handbuch Moderecht (fashion law manual). She has a decade of expertise in negotiating complex store lease agreements for fashion and lifestyle clients.

I am very committed to questions on sustainability especially in the retail & consumer sector, because sustaining limited resources and ensuring fair production conditions in a globalized world has become of increasing importance. 

Together with a group of colleagues, I am working on legal and compliance questions to support our clients e.g. in creating transparent supply chains and fair and healthy production conditions as well as on digital concepts, which shall help us to advise our clients in these areas in a focused and uncomplicated way.
