Osborne Clarke advised the South Korean game developer Com2uS on its acquisition of Out of the Park Developments GmbH & Co. KG (OOTP) based near Hamburg.
The game developer Com2uS is best known for Summoners War, one of the top-selling mobile games worldwide, which is also very popular in German-speaking countries. With OOTP, Com2uS secures development resources on site in Germany. Founded in 1999, the medium-sized company OOTP is a specialist in sports simulations, known for its PC games Out of the Park Baseball and Franchise Hockey Manager.
