Chris Yeo

Chris is a Partner in the corporate team and specialises in advising institutional investors on private equity investments and energy and infrastructure projects.

Chris has a particular interest in Funding the Transition to a low carbon future and supporting the next wave of the energy transition, advising clients on all aspects of their investment cycle, including M&A, buyouts and joint ventures.

In addition, he is experienced in advising all stakeholders in investor backed private businesses as well as mainstream domestic and cross-border M&A.

Chris's clients include Foresight, Synova Capital, Growth Capital Partners, The Renewables Infrastructure Group and Gresham House.

The "climate crisis" and the "net-zero" agenda mean that a significant amount of investment will be necessary in the energy and infrastructure sectors to deliver on ambitious targets set. My practice is firmly aligned with funding the transition to a low carbon future and I have a particular focus in areas expected to form the next wave of energy transactional activity such as subsidy free clean generation projects and battery/energy storage projects.
