Osborne Clarke advises Sylphar NV and Karo Pharma AB on purchase of Satin Naturel

Osborne Clarke advised Sylphar NV and Karo Pharma AB on the purchase of the Satin Naturel business from Del Decus Enterprises Ltd.

With a high-quality aloe vera-based product portfolio, the Satin Naturel products are positioned in the “affordable luxury” price segment and appeal to a loyal customer base that values health and physical well-being. In addition to the Satin Naturel brands, trademarks and Amazon accounts, Karo Pharma AB has also assumed some employees as well as the management team of Del Decus Enterprises Ltd., to ensure the successful development and expanse of Satin Naturel products.

Karo Pharma AB is a Swedish healthcare company backed by EQT Partners, which recently acquired Sylphar International NV. Karo Pharma AB delivers smart choices for everyday healthcare. They own and commercialise branded, original over-the-counter products and prescription medicines. Their products are available in more than 60 countries. Del Decus Enterprises Ltd. is a natural cosmetics supplier founded by Deniz Genc that has quickly established itself as a leading seller on the European Amazon marketplaces with its brand Satin Naturel.
