Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world
The Digital Transformation is driven by the implementation and use of new IT-Tools by employers. Many of these IT-Tools are used by employees on a daily basis and thus also process their personal data, which the employer can usually access without further ado. In this respect, the responsibility of HR becomes evident.
Achieving the goal of cross-functional interaction between HR and IT requires in-depth moderation and coordination not only of the specific functionalities of the IT-Systems used, but above all a balanced structuring of the interface challenges. Together with our clients, I develop strategies and solutions to achieve this goal – also with the involvement of works councils.
