Osborne Clarke advises Onepoint on the acquisition of the Stack Labs group

Osborne Clarke advised Onepoint, a major player in digital transformation, on the legal aspects of its acquisition of the Stack Labs group, a pure-player specialising in cloud-native, data, and artificial intelligence. This transaction enables Onepoint to accelerate in a rapidly expanding market segment with significant sovereignty challenges, while offering its clients in France and internationally comprehensive solutions to successfully navigate their transformation and training in these areas.

This acquisition is part of Onepoint's acceleration strategy, which aims to achieve €500 million in revenue from cloud, AI, and data within the next four years. With the Stack Labs group’s teams, Onepoint enhances its capacity to support mid-sized companies and large groups, both in France and internationally.
