Christophe is a senior associate in the Technology, Innovation and Media team in Paris.
He mainly focuses his practice on IP and trade secrets matters, with a particular focus on patent, trademark, and copyright, but has also honed experience in IT/tech-related matters, such as artificial intelligence (AI), software, and data.
He assists his clients in IP litigation and IP-related Customs enforcement, mainly before the French Courts and IP Offices in relation to infringement, validity, unfair competition or prosecution disputes, operating across a wide range of sectors, including tech/digital, entertainment (gaming and metaverse), telecoms, aerospace and defence, luxury, sport, fashion and life sciences. He also advises clients on IP strategies and negotiating IP-related contracts.
In addition to his day-to-day practice, Christophe regularly dedicates himself to legal publications and, since 2017, teaches IP law and practice in English to students in the “Industrial Property” Master’s degree at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, directed by Professor Jean-Christophe Galloux.
