Samuel Boccara

Samuel Boccara is Counsel in the Corporate/M&A team of Osborne Clarke's Paris office.

Samuel is an experienced corporate lawyer with an extensive experience advising clients in a broad spectrum of matters such as cross border and domestic M&A transactions, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, joint-venture, equity investments and general corporate matters.

Samuel regularly advises clients within an array of industries (including amongst others tech media and communications, transport, SaaS, biotech, energy) and has developed an understanding of their businesses, structures and legal needs.

He is admitted to practice in France and in the State of New York (NY) and has extensive experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents in both languages.
