Clément is a senior associate in Osborne Clarke’s tax department.
He assists French and international groups and investment funds with their national and international tax issues, and is particularly involved in transactional tax matters, intra-group restructurings and the tax structuring of management packages.
Clément also has in-depth expertise in real estate taxation and the taxation of non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Clément was a senior associate with the law firm Ernst & Young in Paris (2016-2023).
Clément holds a Master 2 in business and tax law (DJCE) from the University of Bordeaux and a specialty certificate in tax law from the University of Montpellier. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2017.
