European tech investor Tenzing has announced that its portfolio company, Gravita, has partnered with two leading accountancy practices.

Top-65 chartered accountancy firm Carter Backer Winter (CBW) and technology and startup specialist Davis Grant become the third and fourth practices to join Gravita on its mission to become the UK’s leading tech-enabled accounting firm for established SMEs.

The Osborne Clarke corporate team which advised was led by partner Tim Hewens and included senior associate Lottie Brewster and associate Matt Mayes.  Regulatory advice was provided by legal director Clare Burman; tax advice was provided by associate director Robert Thomas, senior associate Jonny Musty and trainee Aisling Farley; banking & finance advice was provided by associate director James Hunt and senior associate Jon Dodds; manager Ian Solomon provided commercial advice; and senior associate Lauren Baker provided employment advice.
