Lottie joined the private equity team at Osborne Clarke in 2021. Prior to this, Lottie trained and qualified in the corporate team at another large international law firm.
She has a broad range of experience advising clients on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on private equity transactions acting for investors, management teams and portfolio companies. Her transactional experience also includes high value M&A transactions (both cross-border and domestic), business sales and solvent restructurings.
