Matt is an Associate in our Corporate team and has a focus on M&A and private equity. He has particular experience in advising PE funds and founders in private equity backed transactions.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, Matt trained at a regional law firm and qualified into their corporate and commercial team. In this role, he advised on a range of transactions, including restructures, demergers, MBOs and commercial arrangements.

I participate in The Bridge mentoring scheme that is delivered by Osborne Clarke. I enjoy being able to share my skills and experiences with young people from a disadvantaged background looking to access the legal profession.

Advised Tenzing on its investment in DJH Mitten Clarke, an award winning accountancy firm based in the North-West of England.

Robiquity

Advised the management of Robiquity, a specialist Intelligent Automation services provider, on an investment by Growth Capital Partners.

Alcuin

Advised Alcuin Capital Partners on its investment in Vaughan Designs, a designer and manufacturer of high-end bespoke lighting and furnishings.
