Having joined Osborne Clarke in 2017, Xavier has devoted her entire career to complex technology matters and any industrial actors managing their digital transformation.
Today, Xavier combines a wealth of global experience in Life Science, Energy and Tech Media Comms sectors and has dual experience (in house counsel and lawyer) with consulting, drafting and negotiating complex Technology/Data projects. He focuses on legal matters such as IT, IoT, Blockchain, Digitalisation, CyberRisk management and any related questions to Data protection.
He works also as litigator in complex multicultural litigations and/or transactions (in patents, trademarks, software, data licensing and technology transfer).
His clients include international technology groups and strong industrial leaders.

Advised on the "Smartseille" project which is Marseille's mixed-use 'standard setting' neighbourhood with 2.7 hectares with c.58,000 homes plus office space and amenities. We advised on their technology driven project which relies on IoT to manage and optimise efficiencies across energy consumption, transportation and parking and to improve social interaction and services (including e-concierge).
